YPN and Quality (Smart) Based Pricing

MoreMerchant.com has written a great article on YPN’s Quality or Smart Based Pricing.
Yahoo! Publisher Network released Quality-Based Pricing almost 2 weeks ago and I am beginning to formulate my thoughts.
I have kept quiet on my blogging network as well as not posting comments on other sites. I wanted to see results. I read a lot of complaining on various sites, but there were no facts.
